Job Summary: Join our team as an MRI Technologist where you will play a crucial role in conducting magnetic resonance imaging scans on patients using specialized equipment. As an integral part of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for preparing patients for procedures, positioning them accurately, adjusting equipment settings for optimal image quality, analyzing images, and collaborating with physicians to provide accurate diagnostic evaluations.
MRI Technologist Duties: – Perform MRI scans on patients following established protocols – Prepare patients by explaining procedures and ensuring their comfort and safety – Position patients correctly to obtain high-quality images – Adjust MRI machine settings to enhance image clarity – Analyze images and provide initial interpretations to medical staff – Maintain detailed patient records while upholding confidentiality standards – Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care – Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment Skills: – Proficiency in MRI technology and equipment operation – Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology relevant to MRI imaging – Familiarity with sonography, aseptic techniques, and diagnostic evaluation processes – Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret images accurately – Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients and medical staff – Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting – Experience with CT scans, medical imaging, and anatomy knowledge is advantageous If you are a dedicated MRI Technologist seeking a rewarding opportunity in a dynamic healthcare setting, we encourage you to apply.
